2. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and tags.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

3. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at service@dealnewsdaily.com within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Step 3: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid with a credit card, please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
